Work Experience:
Entry-level eligible (< 1 year) to experienced candidates welcomed, with pediatric or rehab backgrounds preferred.   Education: Master’s (or Bachelor’s for older grads) in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.   License:
NBCOT registration (OTR)
Active Oregon OT license   Certifications:
CPR/BLS certification required
