Vice President, Head of Sales & Services (Process Technology Pharma)
Location: Ramsey, NJ

What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and executing strategic goals in alignment with global objectives.
Overseeing operational functions, including sales, service, engineering, and project management.
Driving financial performance to meet and exceed goals.
Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering innovation and customer focus.
Building relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
Experience in pharmaceuticals or related industries with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ready for domestic and occasional international travel (20%-25%).
Skilled in managing complex projects and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
