Job Description

Position Overview:

Fast growing Health product E-Commerce Company is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow their brand presence across key organic social platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who also thrives in content creation—someone who can plan, produce, and publish content that drives engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and/or LinkedIn
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, short-form video, captions) using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut
  • Manage the content calendar and daily posting schedule
  • Monitor analytics and report on KPIs (growth, reach, engagement, conversions)
  • Engage with the community and respond to comments/messages in brand voice
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and promotions
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts (at least 2 platforms) for a brand or company—please provide examples or case studies
  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
  • Solid video editing capabilities for Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a knack for voice and tone
  • Highly organized with strong project and time management skills
  • Passion for social media, content creation, and building communities

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with paid social campaigns
  • Knowledge of influencer partnerships and UGC strategies
  • Background in e-commerce, food, fitness, or lifestyle brands
