Job Summary The HR Technology team at HCSC provides consultation on Workday and other HR application business processes and best practices for HR Center of Excellence Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Service Center teams, focusing on employee and manager experiences. We leverage best-in-class technologies to drive HR's strategic initiatives. This WFH role will be responsible for a functional product area, vendor relationships, and partnering closely with HR leaders to implement solutions within the HR ecosystem. NOTE: This is a WFH role. Required to live in Illinois or Texas — relocation will not be offered. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree + 12 years' experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses + 14 years' experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions OR 16 years' experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions Technical experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and divestiture deployment with Workday, SumTotal, and other HR Technologies. Workday Certification or equivalent experience in 3+ modules. Project management experience on complex projects. Strong prioritization, coordination, and delegation skills. Negotiation skills. Ability to lead customer teams independently with minimal oversight. Experience managing workload, multiple priorities, and conflicts with customers/employees/managers. Experience in customer consulting and supporting cloud-based technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS). Experience in application configuration, feature design, system performance management, change request management, and translating business requirements into technical documents. Problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills; ability to execute and perform rapid prototyping. Preferred Job Qualifications: 4 years of HRMS SaaS and/or Cloud experience. Vendor relationship management experience. SCRUM/Agile methodology experience. Experience with Alteryx for data management and analysis. Experience with IBM Blue Works Live or Visio for process mapping. Experience as an Integrated Systems Solution Architect across enterprise-wide systems.
