Role Overview: We’re seeking a proactive, creative Web Designer with strong skills in Figma and WordPress. You will design diverse digital experiences, including complete websites, engaging landing pages, and impactful digital ads. Ideal candidates thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Collaboration is key in this role: you'll work closely with front-end developers, content writers, graphic designers, and senior leadership. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design modern, responsive websites, landing pages, and digital assets using Figma. Create visually compelling, user-centered designs aligned with client brand guidelines. Work collaboratively with developers to ensure accurate and high-performing implementations in WordPress. Translate client and internal briefs into effective UI/UX solutions. Develop and maintain consistent design systems and style guides. Actively participate in Agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives using Jira and Confluence. Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and provide feedback during design reviews. Rapidly iterate designs based on constructive feedback. Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience as a web designer within an agency or similarly fast-paced environment. Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including creating and managing components, prototypes, and design systems. Solid knowledge of WordPress themes, blocks, and responsive design practices. Experience with Agile workflows, specifically tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills. Comprehensive understanding of UX principles, web best practices, and accessibility standards. Ability to independently manage time, priorities, and multiple projects effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience using Elementor or similar WordPress page builders. Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS). Experience designing digital ads and other marketing collateral.
