The Role: The Warehouse Associate will help ensure smooth operations at our Soho Hub. Your responsibilities will span across inventory, packing, and delivery support. Responsibilities: Order Preparation Pick and pack orders accurately based on company guidelines Inspect products for quality and freshness Inventory & Receiving Receive deliveries, count items, and store products in designated areas Track daily inventory of food items and packaging materials Delivery Support Handover packed bins to delivery drivers Act as point of contact for any driver or delivery-related issues Uphold all hub practices and protocols to maintain efficiency General Duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space Comply with all Food Safety, GMPs, HACCP, and safety standards Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Ability to lift and move heavy items safely Dependability and punctuality Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices Clear communication skills Team-oriented mindset Compensation All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
