About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Finance to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and global financial services transformation. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing a proactive and strategic investor relations function, leading the company's global investor relations strategy, and overseeing long-range financial planning. This executive will serve as the primary contact for the investor community, ensuring effective communication with shareholders, investors, and the financial community. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning the company's initiatives with its long-term goals. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a proven track record in technology with financial services, particularly in the fintech or payment sector. A deep understanding of the investor relations ecosystem, either through in-house experience or as an equity analyst, is essential. The role requires a leader with exceptional strategic thinking, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to link financial outcomes to broader business strategy. Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. The VP will also be responsible for market and industry intelligence, real-time market awareness, and providing capital market insights to the executive leadership.
