Talent Acquisition Specialist

Englewood, CO = (On-site – 5 Days/Week)

Contract – W2, Weekly Pay, Benefits

We’re looking for a high-energy, entry-to-mid-level recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for our Customer Experience team. You will be supporting a leading national provider in the connectivity, technology, and entertainment space, known for its culture of performance and innovation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to grow within a team that values development and performance.

Key Details:

  • Location: Englewood, CO (100% on-site, 5 days/week)
  • Business Units Supported:
  • CXO (Customer Service): Full direct hire model; structured and straightforward decision-making.
  • Sales: High expectations, volume-heavy (4+ hires/week), and fast-moving. Requires grit and adaptability.
  • Training & Growth: Open to junior candidates with the right attitude and drive. Proven internal mobility with opportunities to grow into senior roles or use the role as a launching pad for broader recruiting paths.
  • Nature of the Role: High repetition and consistency. You'll own the same role types of week over week.

  • Sourcing: 100% through Indeed

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to review applications, screen qualified candidates, and schedule interviews
  • Drive sourcing strategies that convert applicants into hires
  • Collaborate on recruiting projects and process improvements
  • Serve as a liaison between hiring teams and HR, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures
  • Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service with a focus on urgency, communication, and follow-through
  • Support with recruiting reports and ad hoc initiatives

Requirements & Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid time management
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable with fast decision-making and influencing stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy; able to learn systems quickly (especially iCIMS and Microsoft Office)
  • Thrives in a structured, office-based, team environment
