Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the production of innovative technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a hands-on work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $50-60/hr, based on skills and experience

What's the Job?

• Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production.
• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends, and drive yield improvements.
• Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating issue identification and analysis.
• Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Experience with optics, sensors, and/or electronic assemblies.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Hands-on work ethic with initiative and ownership of responsibilities and actions.
