Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available at an elementary school located in San Bernardino, CA. This role offers a contract term for the school year, working 37.5 hours per week in a dynamic educational setting dedicated to supporting student communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in developing and implementing speech and language therapy plans.
• Provide direct support to students under supervision, helping to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with educational standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students individual communication goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA certification and relevant experience in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week during the school year.
