Position Reporting To Director of Engineering, South Office Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for project execution, contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and financial return for the interfaces of complex and large e-house projects. You will ensure system integration, resolve interface-related issues, and maintain positive relationships among all parties involved to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The Senior Interface Engineer manages interfaces within an e-house project, coordinating vendors, construction, integration teams, and internal stakeholders. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth project progression, and work hands-on at the yard site, leveraging engineering principles and system integration expertise to meet milestones and ensure project success. The work model is: Hybrid. Division Process Automation Energy Industries division. Main Responsibilities Manage all technical interfaces within the e-house project, including those between the company, vendors, construction, and integration teams. Oversee the integration of electrical systems such as switchgear, automation, telecom equipment, and HVAC within the e-house, ensuring coordination of related systems. Develop and implement procedures for managing interface requirements, aligning project teams and vendors on technical specifications and timelines. Serve as the primary contact for interface issues, troubleshooting and escalating as necessary. Team Dynamics You will join a dynamic, high-performing team where you can thrive. Qualifications 12+ years of engineering experience, focusing on managing technical interfaces in large-scale projects. Strong understanding of system integration, including electrical, automation, HVAC, and telecom systems. Proven ability to manage and resolve interface issues between different teams. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aligning technical requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills for complex interface issues. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred). Certifications related to systems integration or project management are a plus. Ability to interpret technical documentation. Focus on safety and adherence to safety guidelines. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Willingness to travel approximately 25% to project sites and vendor locations.
