Farfetched Studios is offering an exceptional opportunity for a talented Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our innovative team and make a substantial impact (we want someone who is ready to work hard, see client results and find ways to innovate our business as they grow their career).

As our Social Media and Marketing Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, managing and optimizing all client and company social media accounts (we want you to be self-reliant and be on the quest for the next best thing at every turn).

Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful (there is always a lot to do so you will never be bored), including:

• Comprehensive management of client and company social media accounts
• Reporting and analytics to drive strategic decisions
• List management and directory listings for our valued clients
• Creating, posting, and managing engaging blog articles
• Overseeing and growing our YouTube accounts
• Meticulous proofing of all content
• Handling co-op documentation and submissions
• Executing crucial website updates and ongoing maintenance

While these are key areas, your role will be expansive (we have to say this so nobody gets mad because we asked them to look for the paper clips), with opportunities to contribute beyond this summary (we like ideas and want ideas, but first lets start with the basics).

• Wellness Stipends: Receive a monthly stipend of $20 per pay period (totaling $480 annually) for eyecare and dental insurance after 60 days. We do not directly provide eyecare and dental.
• Built-in Security: Enjoy peace of mind with company-provided short term disability insurance and a $25,000 life insurance policy at no additional cost to the employee.
• Robust Retirement Plan: After one year of dedicated service, you'll be eligible to join our 401k program that includes a 4% match. The first 3% is matched 1:1, and the next 2% is matched at 2:1. Full details will be provided by the plan provider as we get closer to that date (this is one aspect I love about the company).
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy 10 days of paid time off (PTO) that accrues (cannot be used during the first 90 days). After your first year, benefit from an additional 4 days (1 per quarter) of remote work flexibility (sometimes working from home helps you get stuff done at the house, take care of a sick kiddo or meet the HVAC company for a spring tune up).
