Service Delivery Manager – for a new SDM setup

We are in the process of creating a new team and rethink our global SDM-function – where we amongst other will expand our PaaS to also include SaaS – and you will help to define and shape the new team working from our office location in Atlanta.

The link between customers and deliveries

As our new Service Delivery Manager, you will gain a wide, global stakeholder network, when you are a key player in building and implementing Stibo DX’s new SDM setup and make it ready for global rollout – in a cross-organizational role where you will work closely with our Lead SDM, IT supporters, our Project Management team and our Customer Success Managers. And probably many more.

You will furthermore be the primary point of contact for our customers regarding service delivery issues and escalations – making you a crucial link between our customers and our business.

Doing so, you will:

  • Align service delivery strategies with broader organizational goals and market trends.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain service delivery standards, frameworks, and best practices in a PaaS/SaaS context.
  • Monitor and manage KPI’s and SLA´s.
  • Implement service reporting and handle escalations.
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prioritize incoming tasks and requests to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure correct invoicing, according to contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with agreed pricing, terms, and service levels.

  • Have several years of experience with service delivery, IT operations or similar.
  • Bring ITIL hands on experience and certification.
  • May bring a bachelor’s degree in business administration IT or a related field – but your personality, thoroughness and experience are more important.
  • Bring solid change management skills.
  • Speak and write English effortlessly – and you can easily communicate with different stakeholders.
