Take your media expertise to the next level with a strategic role leading high-impact campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Join a collaborative team focused on driving measurable results and pushing boundaries in media innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, and optimize multi-channel advertising strategies (including digital, linear, and traditional media) to increase demand and generate quality leads
• Work with agency partners and internal teams to execute campaigns across channels like search, social, display, video, and audio
• Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
• Manage media budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning for assigned channels
• Support the integration and usage of AdTech tools (CDPs, API integrations, etc.) to enhance media implementation
• Supervise and mentor a Paid Media Analyst to ensure timely optimizations and accurate reporting
• Negotiate media buys and collaborate on budget decisions
• Lead quarterly media planning to improve efficiency and maximize return on investment

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in media advertising, covering both digital (search, social, display) and traditional (TV, radio) platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Preferred background in travel, cruise line, or international marketing
• Demonstrated success in executing data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
