The Opportunity: As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Corporate Finance Team, you will be the primary finance partner to a number of key company leaders. You will be leading forecasting, budgeting, analytics, monthly reporting, and strategic ad hoc projects related to corporate expenditures. In addition, you will: Partner with key stakeholders to produce the annual budget, strategic plan, biannual forecasts and monthly reporting/analytical support for corporate expenditures. Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of the business operations, issues, risks and profitability opportunities. Monthly reporting to include close duties: reconciling budget and forecast variances to actual results, attending monthly close meetings, and assisting with the booking of accruals. Dive into data to derive trends, drivers, metrics, and other characteristics to provide structure and guidance in business reporting. Partner with Finance (including Accounting and other BP&A members) and Departmental business partners to effective manage all finance activities including forecasting, and improvement of business We'd love to hear from you, if you have... 3 to 6+ years Business Analytics or Financial Planning & Analysis 3 to 6+ years Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities Superior Excel financial modeling skills and Financial Systems, SAP and Anaplan are a plus Intermediate accounting knowledge required Requires a self-starter, ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and task management skills Ability to partner cross functionally with all levels of the organization Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented Proven ability to interpret and synthesize data into intelligent business decisions The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00- $128,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
