Bloomer I & II - VitaCare Living in Bloomer, WI, is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to join our compassionate team. we pride ourselves on creating a warm and supportive environment where every team member is valued. You will be responsible for cooking, cleaning, showers, activites, setting up appointments, transportation ect... As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and attention. Your commitment to delivering top-notch care will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in senior living. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve. We are currently hiring for all shifts. MUST BE RELIABLE! CBRF is a plus! Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to residents according to individual care plans.
Document and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to promote socialization and well-being.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control and safety protocols.
Pass medication.
Reliable.

Qualifications:

18+ or older.
Must have CBRF.
Must be dependable.
