Research Associate -- Pathology and Laboratory Medicine

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Instructor positions in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). Applicants must have an M.D and/or Ph.D or equivalent degree.

Responsibilities may include supporting the research missions of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.

The successful applicant will have an opportunity to receive mentorship in grants writing and grants proposals suitable to early-stage academic investigators.

The successful applicant will have research experience in pathology and be funded by a sponsored program.
