Registered Nurse (RN) - Virginia

V-Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking passionate, dedicated U.S. licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional healthcare teams across Virginia. As a V-Tech nurse, you'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that transforms lives in diverse settings including acute care, primary care, mental health, long-term care, and specialty clinics.

Specialties: Emergency Department, ICU, Med-Surge, Operating Room, Psychiatric, PACU, and Float

Locations: Richmond, Hampton, Salem Medical Centers and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (i.e., Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, Virginia Beach)

Pay: $62,813-$169,865

Scheduling: Options for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles, including compressed shifts.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies following hospital protocols.
  • Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, post-hospitalization care, and wellness practices.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN preferred).
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory.
  • Experience: Varies by position; new graduates welcome for entry-level roles, while specialized units may require prior clinical experience.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for specific roles.
