About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President for the West Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and directing the field sales districts and areas, leading a sales team to ensure effective and profitable selling activities, and managing a diverse portfolio of customers, channel partners, and sales force. This role requires a strong focus on sales planning, forecasting, and solution selling, as well as the ability to balance top-line growth with effective price management to expand market share. The Regional Vice President will also be involved in talent management, including attracting, developing, retaining, and deploying top sales talent, and will contribute to product development by encouraging field sales input. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technical sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5 years' industrial product sales experience, with at least 3 years in sales team management, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales to electrical or heavy industrial markets and possess over 5 years' experience in managing direct or agent teams and senior-level sales talent. Experience in roles such as product management, marketing, custom manufacturing solutions, supply chain, operations, engineering, or program management is also valued. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, commercial experience, and the ability to lead a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced and evolving market.
