Responsibilities Include Maintain a minimum lead-to-placement conversion rate of 13 fills per month, in alignment with industry or company standards. Conduct a minimum of 50 meaningful interactions per day with potential candidates or clients, focusing on both quantity and quality of engagement. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all departmental data and records. Foster positive relationships and open communication with team members, embodying the core values of the company in all interactions. Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential candidates, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide them through the hiring process with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate closely with team members and hiring managers to meet recruitment goals and address any challenges. Regularly generate and analyze reports on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and track performance. Work collaboratively across departments to optimize recruitment strategies and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
