You're also a clear communicator and a champion of modern front-end practices. The Work: In the Cloud Innovation Center, your work is dynamic and agile. Grounded in Lean XP (eXtreme Programming) principles, you'll participate in paired programming, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration to build best-in-class software solutions. Build modern web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and related technologies. Collaborate with cloud-native architecture and backend teams to build seamless user experiences. Apply TDD and pair programming practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable code. Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible UIs. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability in cloud-native environments. Work with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to integrate front-end solutions with back-end APIs and services. Contribute to architecture decisions, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions. This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Columbus, OH but may consider qualified candidates in Tampa, FL. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in React.js and front-end development. Minimum of 1 year of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Typescript and building applications with RESTful APIs and microservices. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cloud-native application development and DevOps environment. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows. Experience with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
