Join Our Team as a Property Manager!

LIFE Senior Services Vintage Housing is looking for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure a welcoming, well-maintained environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Leadership : Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth management of our properties, from building maintenance to resident relations.
  • Leasing & Compliance : Lead the leasing process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations, including LIHTC and Fair Housing laws.
  • Financial Management : Manage rent collections, budgeting, and vendor payments while ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Resident Satisfaction : Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Team Management : Supervise maintenance staff, ensuring work orders and make-readies are completed efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of property management experience (3+ years and Affordable Housing experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle shifting priorities, and make critical decisions independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, budgeting, and reporting.
  • A valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and Auto Liability Insurance
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
  • Office-based position with occasional travel (up to 10%) to multiple community locations around Tulsa and surrounding areas.
  • Must be able to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds and perform activities such as walking, sitting, and kneeling.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years of property management, or related, experience. Preferred 3+ years of experience in Affordable Housing and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). High School Diploma or equivalency.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and Auto Liability Insurance.

Compensation details: 18-22 Hourly Wage
