Contract Podiatrist Opportunity – Fort Duchesne, UT
Looking for a meaningful way to apply your podiatric skills while serving a Native community? The Fort Duchesne Health Center, part of Indian Health Services (IHS), is seeking a part-time Contract Podiatrist to provide essential foot and ankle care to patients in a unique tribal healthcare setting. This role offers the chance to make a real impact—one day per week—in a region known for its natural beauty and cultural significance.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive podiatric care in our family clinic, delivering high-quality assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans with support staff available. Your scope will include:

Requirements:
•Must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
•Must have current BLS, Basic Life Support certification
•Certification of Education – copy of diploma or transcripts
•Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution
•DEA license and eligibility to prescribe medication
•Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Podiatry
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Strong diagnostic, clinical, organizational and time-management skills
•Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
•Must be a US citizen living primarily in the United States
•Willingness to comply with all state and federal regulations regarding medical practice
•Must be willing to undergo a federal background check
