Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a boutique Land Use law firm seeking a talented Land Use & Development Planner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected firm offering a competitive salary, annual bonuses, generous PTO, and excellent benefits.

The Land Use & Development Planner will play a key role in navigating clients through zoning, permitting, and land development processes. You'll work on a wide variety of projects, collaborating with attorneys, architects, engineers, and municipal boards to secure entitlements and support real estate development.

• Analyze land use, zoning, and development regulations to assess development potential.
• Prepare and submit entitlement applications including Site Plans, Rezonings, Conditional Uses, Variances, and more.
• Assist attorneys in public and administrative hearings before municipal and county boards.
• Draft formal opinions on land viability and compliance for client use.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders, public agencies, and the community.

• 5+ years of professional experience in land use planning or development.
• Strong experience in public engagement and consensus-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated project and consultant management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
