Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze legal documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues.
• Utilize document review software (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, or similar platforms) to code and tag documents.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in document review.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to project-specific protocols and deadlines.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or inconsistencies in document sets.

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in document review or legal support roles.
• Proficiency with Relativity or other eDiscovery/document review platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with large-scale litigation or regulatory investigations.
• Familiarity with privilege review and issue coding.
• Experience working with remote legal teams.
