About the Role:
As an LPN with A Servant's Heart Medical Staffing, you will be under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor (NS) and responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care in compliance with the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act for LPNs.
Follow physician and Nursing Supervisor orders as instructed.
Document and report patient progress, changes, and care provided.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuous care.
Participate in professional development and training programs with A Servant's Heart Medical Staffing.
Support rehabilitative procedures to aid in patient recovery.
Maintain clear communication with client facility staff to ensure smooth care and avoid errors.
Assist with additional patient care tasks as directed by the Nursing Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Active North Carolina LPN license.
At least six months of experience as an LPN.
A passion for healthcare and a compassionate approach to patient care.
