Travel: None

Responsibilities:

• Provide Family Medicine and Primary Care services
• Care for patients of varying ages (as defined by the location; generally includes adults and potentially pediatrics aged 2+)
• No call, no home visits (HomeMed not applicable)
• Dispensing responsibilities apply
• No fee collection required

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in primary or acute care
• Must be board certified or board eligible
• Must be able to work independently
• Athena EMR experience preferred

Licensing & Certifications:

• Active Colorado license
• DEA (and CSR if applicable)
• BLS, ACLS, or CPR
• DOT certification
• Dispensing and prescribing licenses required
• Collaborative Practice Agreement required (Marathon will provide SP)

Credentialing & Compliance Requirements:

• NPDB Self-Query or Attestation
• License verification
• NPI form
• EMR, HIPAA, OSHA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Security Awareness, Fee Collection, and Paper Charting training (Media Lab)
• Background check, drug screen, fingerprinting as applicable
