We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic General Manager to lead a high-volume, beer and cocktail–focused bar in the heart of the West Village. This role is ideal for a hospitality-driven leader with strong operational chops, a passion for craft beverages, and a proven track record of managing successful, guest-centric teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory, and service execution

• Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing FOH team with a focus on warm, attentive hospitality

• Manage cost controls (COGS, labor) and drive revenue through thoughtful programming and events

• Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives and brand-forward guest experiences

• Ensure compliance with DOH, SLA, and other regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in a General Manager or AGM role at a fast-paced, full-service bar or restaurant

• Strong knowledge of craft beer, spirits, and cocktails

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with POS and scheduling systems (Toast, Tripleseat, etc.)

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
