Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Cleaning Associate to join our team in Rochester, WA. This part-time role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our commercial client locations. Candidates must have experience operating an industrial grade big floor buffer and be comfortable working independently during early morning hours.

Schedule: Friday through Monday, 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

Compensation: $19/hr

A criminal background check is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Operate and maintain floor buffing machines to polish and maintain hard floors (experience required)
• Follow cleaning checklists and safety protocols
• Report any maintenance or supply issues promptly
• Ensure building is secure upon task completion

Qualifications:

• Must be reliable , punctual, and able to work independently
• Experience using a floor buffer is required
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Able to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred

Schedule & Hours:

• Part-Time: 12 hours/week
• Friday to Monday
• 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM
