Position: Automotive Finance Manager
Location: Newton Nissan South – Shelbyville, TN

The Opportunity:
This is not an “apply if you’re curious” kind of job. This is for the elite — the proven closers. If you have at least four years of verifiable, high-performance automotive sales experience , we want to talk to you. If you're burned out from inconsistency, lack of structure, or watching mediocre people get promoted — we especially want to talk to you.
We’re not looking for someone with F&I experience . We’re looking for someone better. Someone we can train from the ground up in our precise, compliant, and dedicated process. This is a career move, not a job change.
What You’ll Do:
Learn and execute our dealership’s finance process with precision, urgency, and integrity
Convert customers with the same energy you’ve brought to the sales floor for years
Present protection products, financing options, and compliance documents like a seasoned pro — because you will be!
Maintain accurate, audit-proof documentation while keeping profitability top of mind
Work long, demanding hours with a team that runs hard, supports each other, and wins together
What You Bring:
4+ years in automotive sales — no exceptions
Proof of performance — show us your numbers, your accolades
A closer’s mentality with the maturity to handle responsibility
