Apartment (HVAC) Maintenance Technician Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated EPA Certified Maintenance Technician professionals. Job Description Our Certified Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the Certified Maintenance Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed.
