Job Description
Primetime Paint & Paper is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Mixer to join our dynamic team. We are a proud Benjamin Moore retailer, serving contractors, designers, and homeowners with top-quality products and expert service. If you are passionate about paint, precision tinting, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Expertly tint and mix paint using Benjamin Moore systems
Match and adjust custom colours as per client specifications
Maintain and calibrate tinting equipment regularly
Assist customers and contractors with product recommendations and technical advice
Organize and restock tinting area and related inventory
Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth workflow
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience mixing paint (preferably with Benjamin Moore)
Strong understanding of colour matching and tinting techniques
Familiarity with tinting software and POS systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work all store hours as scheduled
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
