Deliver timely service, advice, and professional counsel. Stay informed of insurance industry trends and pursue continuing education. Required Skills and Competencies The following are required: a bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education, related training, or experience; good sales skills; appropriate insurance licenses; thorough knowledge of employee benefits insurance.
