Job Description

We are supporting the build and launch of a cutting-edge medical device system designed to transform cancer treatment. Join a collaborative team of engineers, scientists, and product specialists bringing a next-generation therapy platform to market. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for a technician with deep experience in regulated environments and a passion for building technology that makes a difference.

Location: Burlington, MA area

Pay: $28-$33/hour

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Benefits Included

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced electronic and mechanical systems based on technical schematics and procedural documentation
  • Execute system checks and fine-tuning of prototypes and production units to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
  • Follow established protocols for manufacturing, maintenance, and equipment calibration
  • Support the production and engineering teams in creating and refining custom components, tools, and test setups
  • Document work in accordance with regulatory and quality standards, including support for CAPAs, non-conformances, and audits

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably within the medical device sector (FDA regulated)
  • Skilled in working with complex electronics and electromechanical assemblies, including PCBs and small mechanical parts
  • Proficient in using electronic measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools
  • Strong understanding of basic electrical principles and component functionality
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation
