Position Summary Lead the Manufacturing Analytics team within Cell Therapy Technical Operations (CTTO) in Cell Therapy Development & Operations (CTDO). Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the cell therapy manufacturing network, including Digital Production (DP) and Vector sites. Collaborate with the network analytics community to implement digital solutions and advanced analytics to improve performance and decision-making. Partner with Business Information & Technology (BI&T), CTTO & Site MSAT teams, Manufacturing Operations, and Strategy and Business Excellence (SBE) to ensure enterprise-wide solutions and standardization. Key Responsibilities Serve as the operational head of Manufacturing Analytics, delivering solutions such as: Statistical Process Control (SPC) dashboards and visual reports for process monitoring. Models and tools to optimize plant and equipment effectiveness and reduce Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM). Governance forums to monitor team performance. Partner with manufacturing sites to integrate analytics tools into business processes and promote reuse across the enterprise. Lead governance forums for analytics deployment, prioritize solutions, and create implementation roadmaps. Collaborate with BI&T to strategize and support the analytics ecosystem's growth. Define data requirements and develop standardized data hierarchies and pipelines supporting business needs. Stay informed on industry trends and represent BMS at forums. Qualifications & Experiences Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or related field; advanced degrees preferred. Over 14 years of industry experience, preferably in biopharmaceuticals. At least 8 years in leadership roles supporting GxP operations, with management experience preferred. Knowledge of data science tools, data pipelines, and modeling. Experience leading in global, matrixed environments. Ability to learn across disciplines to optimize solutions. Understanding of GMP environment innovation and change management. Strong business acumen and strategic vision. Proven talent development skills. The salary range starts from $189,000 to $236,000, plus incentives such as cash and stock options, based on experience and location.
