Position Summary Lead the Manufacturing Analytics team within Cell Therapy Technical Operations (CTTO) in Cell Therapy Development & Operations (CTDO). Develop strategies to improve efficiency across the manufacturing network, including Digital Process (DP) and Vector sites. Collaborate with the analytics community to implement digital and advanced analytics solutions to enhance performance and decision-making. Partner with Business Information & Technology (BI&T), CTTO, Site MSAT teams, Manufacturing Operations, and Strategy and Business Excellence (SBE) to ensure standardized, enterprise-wide solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the operational head of Manufacturing Analytics, providing solutions such as: Statistical Process Control (SPC) dashboards and visual reporting for process monitoring. Models and tools to optimize plant and equipment effectiveness and reduce Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM). Governance forums to monitor analytics performance. Partner with manufacturing sites to integrate analytics into business processes and promote reuse across the enterprise. Lead governance forums for analytics deployment prioritization and monitoring, collecting business requirements and creating implementation roadmaps. Collaborate with BI&T to develop strategies for sustainable growth of the analytics ecosystem. Define data requirements and develop standardized data hierarchies and pipelines to support business needs. Stay informed on industry trends and represent BMS at forums.
