As a Digital Marketing Manager at Resulticks, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns that support demand generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Analytics to translate business goals into high-impact digital initiatives.
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and social media.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI and lead quality.
Drive SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization to enhance organic visibility.
Oversee Resulticks' marketing automation campaigns (email journeys, drip campaigns) aligned with the buyer’s journey.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging aligns across channels and campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
Manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors where applicable.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, marketing tech, or enterprise software.
Proven experience managing digital campaigns across paid and organic channels.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
