Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, paid media, and local SEO platforms. This role requires a hands-on marketer with strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and a knack for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:  Create, optimize, and manage social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for clients. Develop content calendars, post regularly, and engage with audiences to boost brand presence.
  • Email Marketing:  Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact. Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and analyze performance to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Paid Media Oversight:  Coordinate and oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Monitor performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize ad spend and ROI.
  • Search Engine Optimization Strategy:  Oversee the creation of original content that directly answers search intent, integrates primary and secondary keywords naturally, and includes structured data (FAQ schema, How-To schema) for enhanced visibility in SERPs. Implement backlinks strategy to earn backlinks from high-authority, niche-relevant websites through, digital PR, and data-driven content.
  • Google My Business (GMB) Setup & Management:  Set up and optimize Google My Business profiles to enhance local search visibility. Ensure accuracy of business information, post updates, and monitor reviews.
  • Reporting & Analytics:  Track KPIs across all digital channels. Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with internal teams and clients to align digital strategies with business goals. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Constant Contact, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google My Business profiles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing best practices.
