Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Analyze data sets and support senior personnel decision-making for the organization. Use analytical skills to gather, organize, visualize, and interpret data from various sources. Understand data analysis techniques and tools, and communicate findings effectively with stakeholders. Collect data from IT systems, databases, logs, and monitoring tools. Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis; identify and resolve data quality issues. Perform basic statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings. Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Use data visualization tools to create charts, graphs, and dashboards; present data clearly and concisely. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields. Experience in data analysis or related fields. Internships or project experience is a plus. Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, SQL, relational databases, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Relevant certifications such as Data+, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst–Associate, aCAP. Experience with DoD Combatant Commands or components is desired. Clearance Requirements Must possess an interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Physical Requirements Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time; occasionally move within the office and communicate with co-workers and clients, including delivering presentations.
