The Custodian/Maintenance Technician operates various types of cleaning equipment to maintain all areas of the building and grounds. The role will monitor the operating safety of all equipment and report condition for repairs as necessary. Maintenance duties such as deep cleaning of apartments for unit turnovers; minor painting and touch ups ; simple drywall repair; snow removal; and basic plumbing, maintenance and repairs are also required.
