We're seeking a Creative Director to build lasting relationships with current and future Replit customers through our brand. You'll be hands on leading brand strategy and execution across all customer touchpoints, while eventually having the ability to build and develop a team. In this pivotal role, you'll help transform Replit's perception from a "developer tool" to a "creative tool" for all users.

What You'll Do

• Lead a comprehensive brand refresh and establish clear brand guidelines

• Oversee the Replit brand evolution across all touchpoints in the marketing funnel

• Experiment with innovative mediums to elevate our brand presence (landing pages, publications, interactive art)

• Collaborate with Marketing to develop brand campaigns that drive awareness and conversion

• Bridge technical concepts with approachable messaging for everyday users

• Directly manage agency partnerships, freelancers, and contractors as needed

• Guide the digital/web experience to align with brand vision

• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Product Design teams

• Serve as a thought partner to leadership while working autonomously

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Brand Designer with direct management of Brand Design teams

• Strong understanding of technology and computing fundamentals

• Proven ability to interface and align with senior leadership and executives

• Experience with brand systems and visual design

• Experience art directing for digital and physical campaigns, events, photography, and video

• Strong business acumen to balance brand ideals with business needs and constraints

Compensation

$200K – $275K • Offers Equity • Performance Based Bonus
