Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Great opportunity to join and lead a team of clinicians changing the lives of special education high school students with emotional disabilities! The small school programs are tailored to the needs of individual students by understanding where they are coming from and who they are aiming to be in the future.

DUTIES

Supervise licensed social workers and counselors Provide individual therapy to students in assigned caseload, as needed Participate in the admissions review process, as needed Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers and assist in making referrals as needed. Assess behavioral skills in collaboration with program team members and help to set individual behavior goals; assist in developing and implementing FBAs and BIPs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individual student IEPs and maintains quality records of progress for each student in the assigned caseload as required.
