Job Description

Are you passionate about cabinetry and looking for a rewarding career? Join our Service team where you'll play a crucial role in installing and servicing high-quality cabinetry products in the field. Your expertise and experience with cabinetry will be key to your success in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:

• Precision Layout: Prepare layouts using rules, squares, patterns, and other measuring instruments.
• Expert Installation: Utilize your knowledge and experience with installation, hinges, overlays, drawers, doors, and blueprints/designs.
• Assembly Excellence: Assemble cut and shaped materials, fastening them with nails, dowels, screws, or glue while following detailed drawings.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect each product to ensure it meets the company's high-quality standards.
• Service Calls: Conduct service calls to address issues such as adjusting drawer boxes, installing new doors, or replacing broken parts.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve cabinetry and cabinet-making issues in the field with your problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills:

• Cabinetry Expertise: Proven experience in cabinetry, installation, and cabinet making.
• Finish Carpentry: Skilled in finish carpentry and construction.
• Hardware Knowledge: Proficiency in handling various hardware components.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Physical Coordination: Ability to coordinate movements of eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds and occasionally more.
• Endurance: Capacity to stand or walk for long periods and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Math Proficiency: Competency in basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, percentages, and fractions.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to read and understand measuring tools and levels, and compare differences in size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $58240.00/yr.
