Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Logistics Coordinator who will serve as a direct link between the company and our clients. The responsibilities of a Logistics Coordinator encompass professional phone presence and tone, experience with building and maintaining relationships with clients, acting as liaison between the company and clients, as well as address potential concerns, questions or relay information to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements for clients
• Coordinate with staff for the placement of clients and intakes that are to be admitted
• Arrange transportation for airport pickups and drop-offs
• Problem-solving among team members regarding client concerns
• Coordinate administrative needs among various facilities prior to client arrival
• Keeping in contact with the intake representatives during client’s travel process
• Must be understanding and compassionate with clients
• Be able to verbally communicate processes and progress to our clients
• Assist in managing the day-to-day logistics within the company
• Communicate with the billing team regarding insurance
• Serve as a liaison between the billing department and the facility
• Data entry

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as logistics coordinator
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Ability to track multiple processes
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
