Job Description

Acquaint has been engaged by boutique private equity firm with institutional capital partners focused on strategic commercial and residential real estate investments across the United States to hire an Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the real estate portfolio to ensure assets are performing in line with business plans.
  • Correspond with vendors, property managers, and tenants across our portfolio to support property-level operations.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual operating budgets and detailed financial reporting.
  • Evaluate property performance compared to budgets, underwriting, and current market conditions.
  • Work closely with property management teams to monitor KPIs and implement strategies for operational improvements.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform leasing, marketing, and operational strategies.
  • Coordinate and participate in site visits for both local and out-of-state assets.
  • Organize and schedule internal and external meetings and maintain accurate records of property performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Asset Management within the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling experience a plus).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed for property site visits.
