We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Highlands of West Chester in West Chester, OH The Maintenance Supervisoris responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Need from you:

• HVAC/EPA Certification Required (New Installs)
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Valid Driver's License
• Fulfilling work orders/maintenance requests
